Dr Luke Stanaway

I am a health coach and Sport Scientist. Having come from being an extremely overweight and unhealthy child and teenager (110kg at age 16), I have experienced many of the ill physical, social, and mental issues associated with poor health. After losing 35kg in a year and completely changing my life I made the decision to follow the path of health and wellness and to improve my knowledge and skills in this area. It is now my mission to share that knowledge and experience with others to help them achieve their own personal health and lifestyle goals. I specialise in muscle building, fat loss, nutrition, and whole-body wellness.

Throughout my time in the health and fitness industry, I have continued to develop my knowledge and skills in the area. Having completed BSc, double majoring in Sport and Exercise Science and Human Nutrition, and obtaining first class Honours in Exercise Sport Science, I am now completing my PhD in Exercise Sport Science.  More recently I have also worked with New Zealand Football as the Men's U17’s All White’s Sports Scientist having traveled to India for the 2017 World Cup.

How I can help you:

 

I will provide the tools, education, and support required in the right amounts needed to elicit the change you are looking for, Whether that be fat loss, muscle building, improved nutrition, or sport-specific goals I am here to help. I will also help manage these goals and lifestyle changes with incorporation into your current lifestyle and daily stresses.

 

To do this I will provide periodised programming and nutrition plans, alongside lifestyle and habit advice and unlimited email support. I will also provide sport-specific testing when needed.
